EDUCATION
Misha Milovanovich graduated from St Martins College of Art in London in 1997.
After graduating Misha was represented by Nylon Gallery, set up by Mary Jane Aladren. Btw 1992-2002 Misha was a co-founder and curator at the Nest - an innovative Art Space in Hackney situated in 2500 sq ft old furniture factory creating exhibitions and events with rising star talents: Mark Titchner, Toby Ziegler, Tom Hunter, Bedwyr Williams, Charles Avery, Mustafa Hulusi and Shezad Dawood, to name the few. Btw 2003- 2008 Misha was working as independent curator and advisor, collaborating with galleries and institutions such as Gagosian Gallery, Haunch of Venison, Max Wigram, Perez Projects, Museum 52, David Risley and ICP in NYC. In 2008 Misha created her own art and design studio producing one off furniture pieces, showing at PAD and limited edition silk scarves later sold at Colette in Paris, Other Criteria, Harvey Nichols and Corso Como in Seul. Since 2009, Misha has solely focused on working and developing her own art practise.
